Fuuka literally translate to "Wind Flower" in Japanese, a popular name for anime characters and a seemingly current trendy name for girls as well. 

Fuuka has a pretty eyes and small nose similar to Izumi, but Fuuka has a noticeably rounder face and a slightly chubby look to her. She resembles a few of the gravure idols or glamour or bikini/lingerie models in Japan who are curvy and have big breasts, different from the mostly ultra skinny models we are so used to seeing in Japan.
